We ship worldwide except India.
Unfortunately, Pakistan currently has no direct courier service to India.

If you wish to order, we can deliver your parcel to another country where you have a trusted friend or relative β€” especially UAE/Saudi Arabia, where most of our Indian customers prefer receiving their packages.

🚚 2. International Shipping Charges

  • International shipping is not fixed and varies by country, package weight, and courier service.

  • Customers must confirm shipping costs with us before placing their order.

  • Your order will only be processed after shipping charges and product costs have been fully paid.

All customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the full responsibility of the customer.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • VAT / GST

  • Handling charges

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Storage fees

We do not control these charges and cannot predict them.

Estimated international delivery time:

  • Middle East: 8–10 business days

  • Europe: 10–15 business days

  • USA / Canada: 12–20 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 12–20 business days

(Actual delivery depends on customs clearance & courier service performance.)

🧿 5. International Damage / Claim Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)

International shipping involves multiple carriers, airports, inspections, customs checks, and longer transit times.
Because of this:

🚨 We cannot guarantee damage claims for international orders once the parcel leaves Pakistan.

Instead, the policy is:

  • Full packaging proof, including photos & videos before dispatch

  • Tracking number

  • Courier receipt

  • Any support documents needed for your claim with your local courier

  • Refunds or replacements for items damaged during international transit

  • Claims against mishandling by foreign courier services

  • Compensation for customs delays or inspections

  • Refunds for parcels held or destroyed by customs

Because once the parcel leaves Pakistan, we are unable to:

  • Inspect damages physically

  • File local claims with foreign courier partners

  • Access international dispute systems

  • Confirm where or how the damage occurred

For international customers, by placing an order with us, you agree and understand that:

  • Resin products are fragile

  • International transit increases risk

  • We pack products with extreme care

  • Shipping & customs conditions vary by country

  • You accept all risks of transit damage

If you’re ordering internationally, please ensure:

  • You select a safe delivery address

  • You are available to receive the parcel

  • You track and follow up with your local courier

  • You are prepared to handle any customs paperwork

For international custom orders:

  • Full payment is required upfront

  • Shipping cost must be confirmed before we begin

  • Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged

  • Damage claims are not applicable (same as above)
