1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Since our products are handmade, we currently do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Design variation

  • Size misunderstanding

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. For any other questions feel free to send us an email.

2. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

You are eligible for a replacement OR refund under our Claim / Damage Policy.

3. Custom Orders

Custom pieces or personalized orders CANNOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged and fall within our Claim / Damage Policy

4. Refund Timeline

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on what you choose.
